What stays with your vendors

We are a commercial cleaning contractor, not a clinical services company. Regulated medical waste, sharps disposal, sterilization of instruments and any procedure that requires licensed clinical staff stay with your existing vendors and your team. If you need something outside our scope, we will say so before you sign.

Do you clean after patient hours?

Yes. Medical suites are normally serviced after hours or overnight so exam rooms and waiting areas are ready before the first appointment.

Whose products and procedures do you use?

We work to the scope and product requirements you give us. If your practice specifies a disinfectant, dwell time or room-turn sequence, we write it into the scope and clean to it.

Do you handle regulated medical waste?

No. We collect general trash and recycling to your designated point. Regulated medical and sharps waste stays with your licensed waste vendor.

How is a medical office cleaning bid priced?

By square footage, room count, the task list and how often we service the suite. We walk the space where possible, then send a written scope and price you can compare line by line.
