Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, how CG Maintenance uses it, and the choices you have.

Draft for review. Last updated August 25, 2026. This policy is an implementation draft prepared alongside the website build. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Items marked [to be confirmed before launch] must be verified before launch.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to CG Maintenance LLC ("CG Maintenance", "we") and to this website. It does not replace any service agreement we sign with a customer.

Information you submit to us

Our forms and direct contact channels collect only what we need to respond to an inquiry and prepare a bid:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or business name (optional)
  • Property and service information — property location, property type, approximate size, services requested, desired frequency
  • Preferred contact method (optional)
  • Any notes or details you choose to add

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or health information through this website. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.

Technical information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security layers process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps in server logs. This is used to serve the site, diagnose errors and protect against abuse.

To limit spam and automated submissions, the bid request form derives a non-reversible (hashed) value from the submitting IP address and browser user-agent. It is used only to rate-limit repeated submissions and is not used to identify or profile you.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses advertising and measurement technologies (Meta (Facebook) Pixel). They do not load until you accept them in the consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no advertising cookies or tags are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and remember interface state. If we later add analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, this section will be updated and, where consent is required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented before those technologies run.

Advertising and social media measurement

With your consent, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It reports page views and inquiry submissions to Meta so we can measure which pages generate bid requests and reach similar businesses with ads. Meta may receive your IP address and browser identifiers and acts as an independent controller for its own purposes; see Meta's own privacy policy for details. We do not send Meta the contents of your bid request.

Analytics

Analytics tooling for this site is not yet confirmed: [to be confirmed before launch]. No third-party analytics script is installed in the current configuration. If a measurement tool is added, this section will name it and describe what it collects.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare or revise a bid
  • To schedule a walkthrough and communicate about the work
  • To keep records of inquiries, bids and service history
  • To operate, secure and improve this website
  • To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Communications: service responses vs. marketing

Submitting a form or contacting us allows us to reply about that inquiry by phone, text or email using the details you provided. That operational response is not marketing consent.

We do not enrol form submissions in marketing email or SMS programs. No automated or marketing SMS program is in place today. If we introduce marketing email or text messaging, we will collect separate, explicit, unchecked-by-default consent for it and provide opt-out instructions.

Service providers and third parties

We rely on vendors who process information strictly on our behalf, under contract, to deliver the service you asked for. Categories in use or planned:

  • Website hosting and content delivery
  • Database and application backend for storing form submissions
  • Email delivery for inquiry notifications — provider: [to be confirmed before launch]
  • Spam prevention and security / abuse protection
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) — [to be confirmed before launch]
  • Analytics — [to be confirmed before launch]

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and bid records for 12 months. Server and security logs are kept for a shorter period as part of normal operations.

Your privacy choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your inquiry record, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you, or use a different contact method

Email cgmaintenancellc@outlook.com or call (719) 505-0395. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honour applicable requests.

Children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change — for example if we add analytics, a CRM, a hosted form service, or text messaging — and will revise the "last updated" date above.
