CG Maintenance LLC services commercial and managed properties in Colorado Springs, Monument, Peyton, Fountain and Denver, Colorado. Janitorial cleaning is our core business, with floor care, exterior washing, painting and winter service supporting it.
How we work
We price work after seeing the building, write the scope down, and staff it consistently. That is the whole approach. It sounds unremarkable until you have replaced a vendor that quoted from a spreadsheet and changed crews every month.
Most of our accounts are recurring janitorial contracts serviced after hours. When a property also needs floors reset, exteriors washed, walls painted or snow cleared, we put it on the same agreement so there is one point of contact for the site.
What we won't do
- Quote a building we haven't understood, then adjust the price after we start.
- Publish photos, reviews or credentials that aren't ours.
- Promise a service we aren't currently staffed to deliver.
